Hi, I’m Hannah Rutherford, a Florida International University graduate with a Master of Architecture and the Owner + Artist behind Studio HR.
Growing up in a small town in Florida, I was always creating and making art, dreaming of one day traveling the world and creating masterpieces from what I saw. My love for design evolved through my academic journey, where I earned my Master’s in Architecture. At FIU, I honed my technical skills using industry-standard software such as Rhino, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, QGIS, and Adobe Suite, while learning to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback. My strong academic foundation and freelance design experience have equipped me to tackle architectural challenges with innovative and creative solutions.
After completing my education, life led me back to my hometown to support my family through health challenges. During this time, I reconnected with my passion for art, ultimately founding my own art business, Studio HR. This experience deepened my creativity, allowing me to approach architectural design projects with a fresh, artistic perspective that enhances my problem-solving and design solutions.
As I continue my architectural career, I bring with me a unique blend of artistic insight and technical expertise. I am eager to contribute to a team and further my career in architecture, where I can apply my creative skills to design spaces that are not only functional but also visually inspiring and sustainable. I’m excited to continue blending the worlds of art and architecture to create meaningful, impactful work.
